Commission for public sculpture at Federation Square, Melbourne. won after along competitive selection process.

Pollock-Krasner Foundation grant. An award judged on a survey of past work, to cover living expenses for one year, and thus provide studio time.

R.M.I.T. National Gallery Trustees Award, a financial award to the school's best graduate in the arts.
